I glass separately, use the stockmakers screws with flat washers to pull action into stock, I also put release or saran wrap in the magazine mortise, cut a flow channel(in the stock) from the recoil lug mortise to the magazine well, let excess flow into magazine well, this also aids in getting rid of trapped air. Once glass has hardened, remove barrel and action, trim and clean up...then glass trigger guard, glass from action bedding helps keep glass in place when bedding guard.
Just make sure action is straight (perpendicular to axis of stock) when you glass it.
