Give a man a fish, feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and he will sit in a boat and drink beer with his buddies for a lifetime.

This isn't a beer gut!!  Its a feul tank for a sex machine!!

I have only used two kinds of glue, but of the two kinds I was very happy with Gold Tip glue. It bonds in about 10 seconds after putting light pressure on the fletch via the jig clamp. This was with carbons cleaned with 91% alcohol. Very tough glue as well. Performed as advertised. I will go back to this glue next time I fix some arrows.
Good luck,
Stan

Lawdog,
I've used Fletch Tite and it's good glue, but it takes too long to dry.

I used Bondini Gel with good success. It dries fast and holds good. You can purchase it at Wal-Mart. Also, while I was there, there was a pack of "no name" glue in a 4 pack that all it said on the tubes was "Super Glue". The tubes were black and yellow in color. I tried it and to my amazement it worked quite well. It was a $1 for one 4 pack.

Good hunting, Bowhunter57
