Buckslayer,
I use the Ripcord rest on my Mathews Q2. I am very pleased with the rest. I have shot it since last June and it hasn't failed me yet. It is very easy to tune with this rest. I did gain a little more speed from using the biscuit. I like the fact the arrow won't come off the rest. I overtighten the plastic football that connects to your pull cord to your cable. The directions warned agaist doing so. Ithink the plastic football design could be improved. I went ahead and had a pro shop serve the pull string to my cable. No problems since then. I also added mole shin to the quiet things down while hunting.
I have talked to the owner a couple of times when I ordered my lefty rest factory direct and he is a super down to earth person to deal with. He also stands behind his product and is willing to help you with any probelms. You can buy factory direct or order them from Mountain Archery's website and Keystone Country Store which is cheaper than factory direct..
I also installed one on a Bowtech for a friend. He still use the plastic football connection piece and has shot since the summer as well. He was also sucessfull during the fall bow season.
Good luck with your choice, there are many to choose from.
Stan
