does anynody know what the little thing one the forend is called ?? you know the little plastic thing that goes back to the receiver? is it a forend spacer?

That would be it, the Brownell's part is plastic just like OEM, not steel like the one the H&R sells for $$. I ordered one just to find out.... :cry:

Got it long ago, it's a extra now for fitting new barrels. It's just plastic just like the ones that come on the H&R rifles.
