I have the S&W book at home, I will try to look it up tonite. Is there anymore info you can tell, like is there a model #? or is it a pre model#? That will help me find it in the book.

it is a model 63 SS 4 inch. thank you for your trouble but I bought it anyway. my daughter has been wanting a hand gun and I think she'll really enjoy it. I gave 300 for it witch is't a great deal, but it was worth it to me . thanks for your effort

I don't know about where you live but, here in Illinois, it's a very good deal. Congratulations. I've got one with a 4" tube and my grandkids love shooting it. Just right for younger people who like to go shooting with grandpa. Gramma made some possessive motions when it first arrived but, now she let's me and the kids use it, if we're good?
