We have all seen this type of data in one form or another.  This is the most complete table I have found to this date.  Hope it is useful.

Here is a link to the shareware pointblank , among its functions is the capability to cacaulate recoil with the information you provide .
this way you can enter the weight of your rifle and load.

22, I can't open it.  Error message says " Compressed folder may be corrupted".
