The only problem I have with "gays" is, why do we have to even know that they are gay?  Walking down the street, why should anybody know who's gay and who's not?  The problem comes when they want to "flame" in public.  Well, I don't smootch my wife in the grocery store.  That's private behavior.  But they want to make a scene just to get a reaction.  I've known both "flamers" and those who no one would quess were gay.
As far as "gay marriage, that's simply an oxymoron.

i do not understand why they have to act, walk, talk, and dress differently to advertise their sexuality.

i am straight. this does not require a wardrobe change, grunting my words out, or a 4x4. i walk as i always did, i didnt add a swagger to show how straight i am. lol

i will never understand gays and i hope i never do. my policy is to treat people politely and remember that we are all free to do as we wish. no point in stirring up THAT hornet's nest....might get slapped or cried on, lol.
