What scope for BRNO, 375 HH?
« on: January 12, 2005, 07:29:30 PM »
I finally found the rings for my BRNO ZKK 602.  Warne rings.  I can use either QD or regular.

Two questions.

Do I use QD rings or regular rings?

I have narrowed my choice of scope to either Leupold or Bushnell 3200 or 4200.  I am thinking a low power variable; 2-6x40.

Any suggestions on type of scope?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Kindest regards,
Max

Q.D. rings and a low power scope like a 1-4x or a 1-1/2-5x are the traditional sights for a .375. Eye relief and quick target pickup are what counts, not magnification, but if you think you need more, get it!

I would have to agree with you on this Ramrod.  :D

Max,

Definitely go with the QD rings.  But also check out the Burris 1.75X-5X-32mm Safari scope.  With it’s PosiLock system once you get it sighted in, set the lock you don’t have to worry about the point of aim shifting.  A bit lower in cost than the Leupold you were looking at.  Lawdog

I like a 1-4 leupold or 2-7 on a cz or Brno .375. I also like 2.5x compact leupolds very tough simple scope.
