Bushnell Banner 6-18x50mm Scope Rings.

I am getting a Bushnell Banner 6-18x50mm for my new howa 1500 heavy barrelled varminter in 22-250 and I am wondering if the high mount Leupold Rifleman scope rings will work with this?

hrrm. surely somebody has a guess on this. I think the objective diameter on this scope is around 63mm also the barrell contour is #6.

Wonder if this scope with the 50mm obj would be brighter than the elite 3200 10x40 fixed power scope?

No you'll notice no extra brightness from a 50MM objective, just additional mounting problems. I'm not familiar with the mount you ask about so can't respond on that. But with any 50 MM objective scope you'll need the highest mount you can find to keep the scope off the barrel. There is no better proof of lack of real world experience than to see a 50mm objective scope on a rifle.
