I was just wondering where a person could find a Dragunov other than on gunbroker.com.

I know it's gonna be out of my price range, but just thought I'd check.

Thanks.

www.gunsamerica.com has listings that change pretty often. One might turn up. Gunlist has all kinds of stuff listed, but they don't have a wep site that I can locate. It's like five bucks a copy from my news stand.

Russian or Romanian??  There are Romanian SVD's at;
 www.SouthernOhioGun.com   then click on new products.  The prices are starting to come down on them a little but the Russian made ones are still up there.  You could also try www.auctionarms.com too.                                                                     BigBill

True Russian SVD's are scarce as only 100 were ever imported..
almost all of them are in someones collection.
If you find one be prepaired to spend $5 to 7 thousand dollars.

Look to find a Chinese NDM-86 they are a copy of the SVD these can be picked up for less than $3 thousand and their more avaliable as there
were 1000 of these imported.. CDNN still had a couple in stock a few weeks ago...

If you want the looks of a svd  check out the Romak-III/PSL  they can be had as a whole factory rifle or a kit assembled rifle, or a build it your self
kit..

I'm so impressed with the saiga's in 308win.  I emailed them about making an affordable saiga in the 7,62x54 caliber because there is no gun at an affordable price out there like the Saiga Synthetic Stock is, mine were $307OTD.  I hope they take my advise because there is a market for one here with all this cheap 7,62x54 surplus ammo around.                      BigBill

BTW;  My Email went to EAA CORP and it was transfered to IZHMASH in Russia.
