I know that most of what we talk about here is guns etc... but I have a question.
I have been looking for some chaps to wear for matches. I was figuring that they would help keep me warm to some point.
I am not having too much luck finding them my size.  I have been able to find ones that the Harley guys wear.  Only thing is they are black. Now they would match my black leather duster just fine.
Do you guys think it would be proper to wear these things?
Its not easy finding clothes when you have a 38" inseam ya know.

About the only thing I've heard about them is to be sure they are short enough to walk in.  Horseridin' chaps have a tendency to drag the ground when you walk.  You want the chaps long to protect your feet when you ride.
Also heard they can be a bit on the warm side (probably not a problem this time of year)
