Chances are, that when she runs in '08....she will be running against perhaps, Bill Frist, George Allen or Conde Rice.....people who's " turn has been true" as testified over the years....we won't even have to pause...

   I do hope her turn is true, but I doubt she has even "turned", more likely it is just more Clintonian "newspeak"...

     I am anxiously looking forward to her denouncement of homosexual lifestyles and the killing of preborn boys and girls...

    Surely, if she doesn't do those things ...we will see through her "newspeak" conversion....

I think Bill was far more capable of pulling off something like this.  Hillary might be the most polarizing person in the USA today.  Where Bill would come off as sincere when he bit is lip, etc, Hillary looks like a b---h.  If Hillary runs look for the Republicans to break all fund-raising records.

Hillary won her senate seat in NY not in any of the "red" states.  Crucial difference.

  If you look at the red/blue  counties map, you will see that there are actually many more red than blue counties in NY....

    Unfortunately, the Liberals run in big mobs (cities)

Many Democrats are wiseing up to the fact that they have to at least appear to be somewhat conservative/moderate. Lack of it lost them the last 2 elections.  What better way than to profess a "faith" in God.  Problem is even Satan believes in God.  From what my understanding is,  saying the Boy Scout pledge don't make you a Boy Scout and going into McDonalds don't make you a Big Mac.  So can be the same with "finding God".

Bj bill liked to be seen carrying a Bible in both elections. He was famous for his Bible quotes too, sorry to say most of his quotes were his own, not Gods. He fooled a lot of folks with his antics. A lot of people believed him, they were wrong of course. He and hillary will meet God some day, as we all will, but they aint gonna like it unless they do a lot of changing of their ways. I was on the phone tonight with my sister in NY who has met Hillary several times.   I asked her to describe Hillary's character.  The first word that came to her mind was...................Bxxxh!

I meant no offense about NY and electing Hillary.  After all, I live in rural Wisconsin which is very "red" while the state has voted Democratic for presidents since Reagan in '84.  We are also represented in the Senate by two Democrats, both of whom are very liberal.

My point is that Hillary is going to have a very tough time chipping away at the "real" red states in the south and mountain west.  She is just not convincing enough to be the politician that Bill was IMHO.  Her best hope (like that of the rest of the Democratic party) is that enough immigrants (who vote Democrat, in general) settle in places like Colorado, Arizona, and Georgia to put those states in play.  That, however, is a subject for another thread.

Hillary can win in places like NY (and Wisc) because there are enough godless socialists in NYC (and Milwaukee) to overcome the country and suburban vote.

Jane Fonda has apologized, it did not make any headlines because she is no longer a headline maker. I think she has done all she can to make peace with the Lord, she will never make peace with many in America because of the hurt she caused, but she has done all she can.
I find myself in that same position, not to the number hurt, but to those in my life I have caused pain.
I applaud her for the obvious changs in her life and praises to the LORD for his work in her life.
I would hope the same for Hilary, though she and Bill went thru some tough times, she, for whatever reasons, hung in there and it will prove to be a benefit in their lives though we may never see it.
The angels in heaven sing and raise praises when a sinner, and we all are, repents.
Yes, I do have have some mercy for Hilary. She has shown me some spunk in her personal life. I do not agree with her politics, as a whole, but she is a strong lady. Would I vote for her? Not at the present!
