Okay, who shoots it? What can you say about it? Seems to be quite versitile big animal hunting round or target knocker.

I was looking more for practical experience and comments.

I figure the 45 style cartridge is more versitile than the 480 - that's the Ruger - and the others.

I also figure the recoil to be in neighborhood of 30-06 and more of a shove than a whack.

I never could take much 44 mag shooting, but could shoot hot 45LC's all day, if you know what I mean.

At 100 meters or so, that 45 should be more efficient than the '06 for deer sized game, but am not sure yet.

It is just like when the S&W500 came out. You will have to wait to get any information. S&W does not even have the guns out in the market place. There my be a few in the hands of gun testers. So you will have to wait a while for your practical experience and comments. You will have to depend on gun rags and bits and pices of information right now.  :D
