Informative as well as entertaining. I remember the threads on the wire, and I knew you were doing a lot of work, I didn't realize how much.
I cast my first bullet last week so at the time my intrest was merely curiosity. I've already figured out that I enjoy casting. I don't shoot much of anything that doesen't have black powder in it any more, so I became very intrested in your design. Hope we can garner enough intrest that Lee will waive the custom mold fee. Thanks again.

PRS,
Allow me to extend my personal thanks for all of the work you did on designing your bullet. I paid the fee to Lee and am now waiting for my moulds!! I look forward to shooting sessions without so much cleaning as well as consistant accuracy with my rifle (operator error excepted).

Dennis when ya get everything figured out let me know what my part of the custom mold fee is. Next question would be, do we order direct from Lee or through you?

You good folks are in for a real treat! Its a very nice mold set-up. Get your handles ordered through one of the discounters. The spru cutter handle will come mounted on the mold blocks from Lee. Have some NRA Allox/Beeswax lube on hand and a bottom pour pot with good capacity. If you clean and preheat as I suggested, then your very first 6 bullets will drop right out with ease. Most folks skimp on the pre-heating and comlain about the spru handle being hard to operate -- the spus should be cut like hot butter if you have enough heat in your mold and alloy. another sign of having enough heat is to notice that the first mold cavity filled is just beginning to freeze as the last cavity is topped up. Then wait about 5 seconds and pull the handle. Yeeee-haaaaaaaaaaaa! Lots of frosty perfect boolits PDQ!
