im gonna go order me up a new handi when i get my taxes back and im thinking about the .270.i dont reload so i would be shooting factory loads..anyone shoot the cor-lokts in theirs?how do they shoot?

any other suggestions on what rifle to get would be nice.

gonna STRICTLY be a deer rifle.

Don't over look the Hornady Custom ammo for your rifle. In has easily shot under MOA in all the .270 Win. rifles I've owned. All of mine have been Remington 700 Mtn. Rifles of one configuration or another. All have been shooters.

Pass on the Core-Lokts.........sure they're cheap but..........well they're cheap....get it? Go for Winchester factory 150's or Federal factory loaded rounds and be sure and save all your brass just in case you get the reloading fever......seems to be one of the symptoms attached with Handi-itis.

My best friend's .270 was 5 for 5 with 130 grain Cor Lokts this year. Did not have to track any of them.
