It is sort of ironic that last night I was watching a show on OLN called Hunting 201. On that show, the host was hunting for cape buffalo on that ranch in Florida.
About 12 years ago, I was hunting in south Florida for meat hogs on a ranch that had water buffalo. They were impressive looking but they sort of just stood around looking at you. I am not sure how much of a challenge there would be in hunting them on such a preserve. Hopefully people with some experience with this will post some information. If anything, it would be an opportunity to collect a lot of meat.
