No.  The .444 Marlin is seen by T/C as being too hot for the Contender.  Some of the custom barrel makers chamber it, and some will rechamber a factory .44 Mag barrel, but many (most?) users feel this is too much for the Contender frame.  I'm among those who feel it's dangerous.
