Prayers for Greybeard.

Well, Bill is going in for heart surgery today. They are going in with the dye and find the possable blockage. If stints are used the better. If open heart surgery is needed he will know today.
Just thought I would post this, Bill probably won't. He may even erase this post. I don't know.
But my prayers are with him and his wife.
Wanted to post this here because we seem to be a pretty close knit family, here on the H&R/NEF Forum.

Heavenly Farther we lift our friend 'Graybeard' up to you in prayer. We humbly ask that you would protect him, that you would guide his surgeon and physicians and all those who will be attending to him today and during the next few days. We ask for swift and complete healing of his body.  And heavenly farther we ask that you would give spiritual comfort to him and his family to help them thru this stressful time.  I Christ's name we ask these things.

Folks: A close friend went through this last spring, just before he went under the knife, his family, several close friends, the rest of the band, his pastor and myself joined hands and prayed. Did it work?? 2 weeks after his operation he was walking a mile and we played for a class reunion.  Don't ever doubt the power of prayer, and it doesn't have to be to fancy. My favorite: Your strength, Your will: Amen

My only prayer for years has simply been "Thank you, for I am blessed", yet today is a good day to ask for GB to receive many blessings and from the looks of this thread he is a blessed man. Godspeed GB, my prayers are with you.

Bill my prayers are with you today, know what it is, had a quadruple bypass and carotid operation a little over a year ago and was a great improvement in everday life, feel much better and am able to continue all the things one likes to do.

GB'    Years ago prayer over my wife -- in Jesus' Name -- brought her immediate healing of deafness that had been caused by spinal meningitis right after birth!   She was 18 when this prayer brought her healing....and her vocabulary, etc.etc. has steadily improved.     I hope these prayers bring you immediate, and ongoing, relief.  

Put your faith in Him, as I'm thinking you will do, and I'll add my prayer to that of the others.
