Could some one tell me what grip mostly duplicates the original contender grip. I'm wanting to order a set(forend, and grip) but not sure if the one I like will fit my hand well. Also is the Target forend the way to go? I really like the looks of it,and I mostly shoot off of a rest. I'm a newbee here, and have found alot of info. this is a great place to find answers,if your into contenders. Thanks: Ron S :?

Gergory, they are the black Rynite(think I spelled it right) ones. The grip I'm looking at,I believe has a wide backstrap. It's called the O'l Jim. Sorry about not mentioning what kind of grip I had. Thanks Ron S

I just received my G2  heavy target forend from him last week.  I'd say he's pretty busy these days with the fine product he puts out.
