Picked my "new" Rossi 92 in .45 Colt last night! :-D  I bought this thing over the web from a SASS pard named Quiet Jake, fer a GOOD price. Now Jake tol' me that this thing wuz "normal wear'n tear" condition...the varmint! The gun that I got is beautiful! Lot's of nice figure in the stock, and obviously the recipient of a lot of TLC!

Last night I put a couple of my odd ball reloads in the mag and cycled them through the action, without a hitch. (I've modified my Lyman Maxi Ball mold to put a bigger meplat on the slugs but haven't had the weather to cast any of them fer my new rifle yet) Then, this evening, I got a wild hair and filled the mag tube up with empties. And this lil beauty cycled them through the action at top speed...with nary a bobble!!!!! Now I don' know 'bout y'all, but that impresses the bejeepers outta me! :-D  8)

:)  Sounds ta me like the proud poppa is justafiably happy, I aint never seen one that would cycle empty brass before!!  It must be CHARMED!!!  You better hang on to this one!! :-D
