You could always buy another one to keep you company until that one comes home to you....<><.... :grin:

stiff neck, I hope that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing in the their shop, it wouldn't be the first time someone has spoken to customer service and be given a different story than the fellow in the shop gave. We hold out hope for the best, but all their literature says 6-8 weeks, 5 ain't really that bad, I'm just missin a Handi I've never had. I've got Handi-holism Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaadddddd :roll:

I e-mailed them last week and they said turnaround time is 3-5 weeks to get a barrel fitted.

JPH;

Consider yourself lucky. I just got a call at work yesterday.....yes at work, that the 7.62X39 barrel WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TILL..........JULY.  :eek: Yes, July. My recivier is there at the factory right now. So that will be a wasted $20.00 for shipping.  :x   Have to get mine back for the PD shoot in Oaklahoma.

Dang, that makes Mark A's 3 month wait for a .204 barrel seem inconsequential!!!   :cry:

I know, have em put a different barrel on it while it's there, a 204 ruger, 22-250???? :eek:

De41mag, That is a real bummer dude. Maybe Quick is right, while it's there get another barrel you'vce been wanting, no sense wasting the shipping costs.

Quick and JPH;

Called them on Thurs. and told them just to send the recivier back with out a barrel. Thought about the 357 as I posted on an eariler line, but i guess I will just wait and proabably get the 7.62X39 on a whole rifle. I really need another recivier.
Plus I've just spent over $2000.00 on two guns this past week. Just bought a Freedom Arms Mod. 97 in 44 Spl. and found at Wally World a Limited edition Sam Walton Remington Mod. 1100 in a 20ga. w/ the straight grip English buttstock up in Tennessee. It was marked down $200.00. Been wanting one of these for a long time.
So the funds are a little short at the moment.

De41mag, I understand a shortage of cash. I saw one of those 20 guages 1100's at the Walmart in Summerville Ga. Nice gun. Some years ago I had a 20 guage 1100 lightweight, a nice gun for skeet.
