Well, i'm new to this sight and really like it. Been trolling for a few days before registering, today.
Hello, my name is Bill, and I'm a HandiHolic!
It started out at the last gun show, a month ago, that came through town. Bought a .50 cal Sidekick Muzzleloader for me & a synthetic .22 hornet for my 13 year old. I haven't even fired either one yet, and can't wait til it warms up some.
Now back to the topic. After playing with the toys, I've decided to send the son's rifle for another barrel or two, probably the .30-30 Win or .44 Mag with sights.
Realizing that would only leave the ONE Handi in the house, it's obvious I'll have to buy a Survivor in .223 so they can play together at a later date. Just curious though, is the drop at stock low enough on the Survivor to use iron sighted barrels, are scoped tubes the only choice?
Anyone got that set-up? Looks like the 2 - 2 1/2" drop is more than the drop on iron sighted guns, but they don't list the drop measure for standard guns on the H&R websight.
Thanks.
