Use 1/2 to 3/4 inch plywood cut into 32 x 48 pieces OR take and put reg non plywood boards together to make above size with cleats on backside to hold boards together. Bass wood is best if you can get it . Try to get soft wood as pins will go in better. Another thing you can use is bvr hoops and hide is put on with hog rings or sewn on . Good luck.
