I've seen guys say they have them, but I can't find either one on Ruger's web-sight.

New York Hunter:

The 2004 catalog listed a Model 77 in .350 Rem. Mag., but it is absent from the 2005 catalog, not sure about the .35 Whelen.  Since they were produced last year, you should be able to find a .350.

Take care,
REDDR

Ruger did make a production run of 35 whelens when they were getting rid of thier old style synthetic stocks.  I have one and it has served me well.  There was some early trouble with shells not wanting to fire due to some headspace problem, I sent my whelen back and they fixed it and havne't had a problem since.  You might be able to find one if you looked hard enough.    Here is mine.

Sorry, can't help you but I did find a .350 Rem. Mag. that I like.  A 1969 Remington Model 700 BDL in 96% NRA condition.  At an even $500.00 I couldn’t pass it up.  I do love them pawn shops.  Lawdog

While we're on the subject of .35 calibers, Ruger also made some Model 77 rifles in .358 Winchester and also a few carbines with 18 1/2" barrels in that caliber.

Marlin shooter - which version did you get?  I was really kicking around the idea of a Ruger stainless/laminated .350 Rem Mag, but didn't think any left the factory yet.  reakin

I have only fired the rifle 40 times, 1 box factory and 1 box of reloads. The gun shows good accuracy potential. I need to smooth up the trigger, then start to find a load it really likes. It does have a fairly healthy recoil, from the bench you may notice this but not shooting at anything. This is a cartridge you really should reload for as the factory options are not many. If you're thinking of buying one I would reccommend it, I do like the rifle and caliber a lot. good luck.

I have a Mk77 in .35 Whelen.  Wood stocks, beautiful finish.  When my Dad passed away, it was handed down to me.
I will have to look up the serial for year of manufacture.

Will follow up.

You can always get another long action ruger rebarreled to 35 whelen. I think you can get it down at ER shaw for less than 200 bucks.

A local dealer has an All-Weather MKII in 350 RM. I don't know if it is last years model or this years.
