It's not that hard, get the Acureglass kit from Brownell's and they have detailed instructions.
The kit has everything needed except perhaps some modeling clay which you may or may not need.
Basicly you clean the wood, wash any oil out with acetone, coat the action with release agent, anything that will create a mechanicle lock will get smothed out with clay and coated with release agent, mix the epoxy 4-1 and poor into the wood inletting, clamp the stock on the action, let everything cure. If everything is done right the action should pop off the stock and be a snug fit.
Get some vinaly gloves to keep the epoxy off your skin, and some acetone to clean up any mess, a little modeling clay to build up parts of the action, masking tape to protect the outside of the wood and to seal holes and such.
And test fit, look everything over, test fit, look everything over, test fit, look everything over, ect., till your 100% sure of how your gonna do it and then go for it. Just remember bedding compound is very runny and if not carfull will get everywhere.
