Mister Twister EXUDE

Is anyone elso using the EXUDE line of soft plastics from Mister Twister?  I knew some reps who hooked me up with the prototype three years ago and I have used it exclusively ever since.  However, it doesnt seem to be all that popular around here unless demonstrated.  Anybody try it?

Another worm brand, another couple pounds added to my boat.

Seriously, I have never used that brand.  I do fish a lot of worms though.  I do experiment from time to time, but on the ones I put my confidence in, expect to see a bunch of them in all colors in my boat.

Around Here, this is Zoom and Power Worm country.  Soft plastics are somewhat regional although that changes with the internet and more ordering in stuff, which I do take advantage of sometimes.  In fact my secret weapon was a worm made in the midwest that wasn't available here.  I ordered them in by the hundreds and did well with them.  Then too many of my draw partners saw what I was using and ordered them at the store.  No, its time to look for a new secret weapon.

Skip,

If the EXUDE stuff interests you, check out www.mepps.com and go to the mister twister section.  The cool thing about exude is that its made of amino acids and is only 30% plasticizer, the rest if aminos and proteins.  Its still very strong, but it actually forms a slime coat in the water and will continue to do so time after time.  If you watch it very closely you can see the scent givin off by the worm.  The reason I chose this is because of a trick a guy showed me.  He took a brand new, never opened bag of Berkley Tournament strength, and popped a worm in his mouth and chewed on it.  I couldnt believe my eyes, he just smiled and said, tastes like rubber, try it!  I refused at first and then threw one if my mouth, and it did just tast like rubber.  Then he dared me to put an Exude worm in my mouth, it smelled way too bad for me to do that, I was working at this particular sport show.  I did get my cousin to do it though and he threw up in the restroom of the convention center.  I bought some, it works very well and is all i've been using since.

I just recieved some in twin tail grubs(milktruese color) I have had very great success with that color and couldn't find it. I bought some twin tail grubs on clearance and of course they worked awesome so I went in search of this bright special chartruese color and its hard to find it in this color its like a "pearl chartruese" its fantastic in low light and stained water conditions I'm catching bass and pickerel on it. I have used Mr. twister stuff for years now their Top Prop is another fantastic topwater weedless bait sometimes the bass hit it like opening a drain plug in a bath tub they just suck it down rather than a topwater strike. If you go to their site they also have end of run specials a $1 or $2 for an assortment of baits you can't go wrong.                                    BigBill
