Does anyone have any experience with this rifle? What groups can you get with this baby at 100yds?

Spoke with the company and came away quite impressed with this little mag. Spoke to another who enjoys the accuracy sooooo, I ordered one! Should be here in a week or so. :grin:

I'll run it through the gammut and report my findings with ammo likes and dislikes.

nice choice Magman, very curious to see how she shoots. doesn't sound like a cheap built gun. i wonder why they are so stuck with bsa scopes. sounds like a top shelf rifle with a bottom of the barrel scope. keep us posted.....

I would put the BSA scopes ahead of Bushnell, Simmons, Swift, etc.(except fot their very top of the line models). Tasco should have stayed bankrupt. Lawdog

Guys,

I didn't order mine with a scope nor a bi-pod. I am going to use my Simmons Aetec 2.8x10x44mm. :wink: It's been a fine scope although not top end. Some Day It will wear a Nikon! :grin:

As far as bi-pods go, well, I simply have no use for one up here in Northern Mn. Shooting stix are the way I go.

I did order an extra clip tho!

Lawdog IF I am not mistaken most of these imported scopes are made in the same factories over in Asia and then different brands put on. That said I am sure each brand has their own specs they want on the scopes. I have heard every cheap brand misaligned at one time or the other and I have used them all and find no problems with any of them. Sure they are no Leupold but they work. I agree nothing wrong with the BSA scopes in fact I think I will probably get their crossbow scope unless I come across a better deal. Guys some of the cheap scopes today are still better than some of the old better ones of years past. Jim

I have had great success with Tasco scopes?
Although most of mine are many years old though.
The paper work that came with some of my old
"World Class" scopes had the manufacturer as 'ZEISS'
I would put ZEISS up against anyone quality wise.
On the other hand though, I have not seen a decent scope put out
by anyone here recently. Even some of the really good names
are now outsourcing to the lowest bidder and producing crap!
It's kinda like trying to find a good knife now, They are all made in
Taiwan, China or Pakistan and reflect it in the quality!

You want a good knife buy a Kershaw> I have two a Whirlwind and a blackout model of the same. Both are spring assisted opening ( legal) a Ken Onion design and are a joy to use. The blades come so sharp from the factory you can shave with them and they sharpen back up nice. Great blades for the money. Reasonable too about 35 to 65 depending on the model and USA made. Jim
