thanks whitedogone for theheads up on this one.
i have delt with internet sales from people 2 times and have had good luck so far.one time with RAYNOR and one time with quickdtoo and they both were great to deal with.i dealing on a pistol scope right now here at graybeards and it sure bothers me to do it.you just never know

I say again here as I did in my PM I see no useful purpose that you think this post is going to serve. The individual is not named. There are two e-mail addresses which seem to have no relationship to each other. E-mail address can be changed in an instant and there is no other identifying information.

One of the two links in the thread you list is dead and the other shows at least 90% A+ feedback.

Unless you have specific information on what whomever this person is has done and a name and street address just what is it you expect folks to beware of? I'm clueless here.

Do you have any reason to believe this person is now a member of GBO? I'm lost here. What is this thread supposed to do other than tell folks what I hope everyone already knows. There are folks in the world who will steal from you given a chance.

I can not get full story here, I have did Some trades Here On GBO,
Very happy with all, Bought some on E- Bay that were not Good.
But any time you are buying selling or trading got keep your eyes

I have bought 3 scopes, a rifle barrel and gobs of bullets on ebay. Only had one bad experience. Guy took over a month to ship the bullets after I paid by paypal immediately. Would not respond to my emails, couldn't find a phone number for him. Finally turned it over to paypal. I got three emails from him the next day and the bullets arrived 3 days later. Said he used to work for Berger Bullets and was starting his own company from the left over stuff when Berger moved from Pheonix to California. I think he was selling left over rejects. If anyone wants his name PM me. I haven't seen him selling bullets on ebay for some time now. You just can't be too careful nowdays. However I would feel fine doing business with the regulars here on GBO. From what I have seen they all bend over backwards trying to do good. You got a good thing going here Bill. Thanks.

I'm not promoting Auction Arms here, but...... I have seen them suspend a selloer's account in the middle of an auction because of a complaint about slow pay. If Gun Broker had the same policy, the would not have had a chance to accumulate that many negatives!!

There is not one shread of identifying evidence as to WHO it is we're to be aware of. This is getting old. Unless someone can positively identify who it is to be aware of this thread is soon to be history. It's just wasting space and doing nothing.

e-mail accounts are meaningless in identifying a person. It takes two minutes to set up a new one for every transaction. I have close to a dozen myself. The other names are only at another site not here.

It really tells folks here nothing of value.
