Any opinions on Don Hume holsters?
« on: February 10, 2005, 07:56:23 AM »
I am looking at IWB holsters with thumb breaks for my Hi-power. Does anyone have any experience with holsters from Don hume? I like model H715-M T.B.: "Clip-On with Thumb Break".  How about any other similar products from other makers? Thanks

I have several Hume holsters for both pistols and revolvers including a thumb break model for the Browning Hi Power. I like the quality of their products. you won't go wrong with a Hume. No, I don't work there! 8)

I have a couple of the Don Hume holsters. They are well made for the money.

I have a Don Hume thumb-break holster that clips IWB via a steel clip. It is very nice and I recommend it.

I liked my Don Hume holster so much, I ordered a full leather duty belt setup from them.

My duty holster and off duty ( a thumb break pancake style) are Don Hume's.  They have seen hard daily use for the last three years (my job is rough on duty gear), and have held up beautifully.  Like the others said, you can't go wrong with Don Hume.  The pancake holster will even conceal a full size Beretta for me, and I'm not a large person (5'11", 180).
