What kind of accuracy are you getting out of your 15 (or 10-12) 7-08 and what ammunition are you using? I don't reload yet and prefarably looking for an accurate factory round for my 7-08. Would you like to share?

The only factory stuff I've tried is the 139g Hornady Light Mag and they shot good enough for hunting use. I think they grouped around 1.5-1.75" or so in my factory bbl. I've been able to get under an inch with 140 BT's in handloaded ammo.

Since I am not getting many responses, and given that 7-08 is so popular, does it mean that most of you guys are reloading?

and it grouped about the same with my reloads or Rem 140gr factory stuff. The groups dropped to about 3/4 inch at 100 yards when I got my trigger job. But before or after they were about the same.
