Stoped by Wal-Mart today to see if my BC I had ordered came in and it did. Filled out the papers and finished paying for it $257 total with discount. Wal-Mart is not to bad to deal with other than the lady said if it is not in there book they can not order it for you. But if you have the Wal-Mart internet print out they will call Sports South and ceck for you. Now I need to send an order in to Midway and get dies and brass for it. This is my secound NEF rifle I think I might have caught that Handi bug

Nah...WM's non-discount price is $285 and change, but they're hard to get from em most everywhere that people have tried....Sports South still shows they are out of them at this time....

No matter what you do, someone will eventually get a better deal than you.  Just cut the best deal you can and then enjoy what you got.  No point in second guessing all the time.  My wife constantly continues to shop for an item after we've bought.  Drives herself (and me) nuts because she eventually finds it cheaper.  Then she's mad instead of enjoying the thing we bought.  Oh well.
My prayers are always answered,  sometimes the answer is no...........

The discount from Wal-Mart is if a member of your family works there you get 10% off most items. And like Quickdtoo said the BC is hard to get from Wal-Mart. I just kept cecking Sports South every morning before work and this was the first time I seen a green check by the BC and Target model in about three mounths.  That evening there was a red x there so they must go fast. Just keep checking or get a target model and then a BC barrel later that would be the handi way two guns

Yes, you can use Marlin lever levels and below.  I've pushed 400gr at 2000.  WOW!
God, Family, and guns, in that order!
