« on: February 16, 2005, 06:12:24 AM »
I don,t know if these are a regional item but my local Wal-mart has
-28 ga. 1300fps. #7 1/2 Winchester H.S. for 6.47 box of 25.
-410 Bore, 1300 fps, 2 1/2", #8 Winchester H.S. for 6.47 box of 25.
If anyone is looking for them.  Price is not bad.

I guess my Walmart had a price rollback. Gotta be the same shells. 28 ga. Winchester AA  #7 1/2 for $4.97 a box. They only had 4 boxes. I think I am going back today to get them. I don't even own a 28 ga. but who knows.

Lucky you, must be a regional thing. The Wall-Marts around here don't even carry 28 gauge shells. Neither do any of the smaller shops. Probably a good thing for me too, I can see myself dumping a wad on a trim little SxS, if I found shells too easy to get. :)
