I have ordered the following from Ed:
25/20 & 32/20 20" Carbines.. both took about 4 weeks
.445 Supermag 18" carbine.. took about 6 weeks ( i think, dont
remember this one well...)
.445 Supermag stainless 14" hunter....took about 5 weeks
.17 Mach IV 24" bull.....took about 6 weeks
32 H&R 9" taper... took about 6 weeks
Not sure, but I think when the custom shop builds barrels they try to do several in the same chamberings &/or calibers. If you get an order in at the right time, you may get find you get it a bit sooner than if you have to wait for them to tun that one again.
Have never had one take longer than 6 weeks so far, but when i called the custom shop last time was told occasionally it can take up to 8 weeks, plus ship time. Hope this helps.
