Well since browning tells me they are not expecting to get any lefty micro hunters from japan until at least may and who knows what the back order list looks like perhaps I should call remington and order a mountain rifle in 280 What do you boys think? Anybody own one of these ? I guess 280 might be a little more versatile

I own a couple .280s and one 7mm-08 and both are fine cartridges. If pressed to choose only one, I'd pick the .280 because it has slightly more power and will handle the long, heavy spitzers a little better than the 7mm-08.
