I assume you are talking about a new rifle.
From what i have seen, they seem to be going for $500. to $525. with cash in hand.
I have purchased a CZ 527 Varmint Laminate recently, and can't help but keeping an eye out on the prices. Guess i want to keep telling myself, I got a good deal.

tablerock, I bought the American model for that price. I think the varmint models go for a little more. Don't sweat a few bucks, you got a good gun at a good price. If we all held out for the lowest price possible, we would all be unemployed, because the people we work for would all be out of buissness. And then we would all be moving to China.

If you can find one you like in the $500 range, grab it. I paid about that for mine a year ago and the dollar has declined by a third against the euro since then. There's a whacking price increase coming if it has not hit already.

I just picked up a NIB 527 American in .22 Hornet for $435 at one of our local shows today.  It's my first CZ and I'm pretty impressed with the overall quality and workmanship.  Now I gotta find a scope for it....it's a never ending vicious cycle!!!  :)
