Replacement recoil pad for SB2?

I have an Ultra Varmint stock on my 223 with a really crappy recoil pad.  It was cut very poorly.  It's uneven, and there are pieces of rubber hanging from it. It's "butt" ugly.  Ha ha.  I understand it's an inexpensive rifle, I just want to replace the crappy recoil pad with something that looks decent.  I've seen other NEF recoil pads that looked fine, I just got a bum one.  It's embarassing they even let it out the door...

So, which aftermarket recoil pads fit the NEF Ultra stock?  Anybody?

The only one that I've put on is the small Limbsaver grind to fit. None of their prefits wil fit any of the handis or ultra stocks.

What do you use to do the grinding?  And how do you get the right shape?
