may be a stupid question, but i was curious to know if anyone has ever had any problems with accuracy or anything when using bullets you have pulled from a load and reloaded in a new charged case?

Its depends on how I pulled them and what they were to start with. I use a piece of belting and a pair of pliers. Its simple and allows me to pull most bullets with no noticable damage.
I haven't pulled many but when I did they were not noticably less accurate but they were big game hunting bullets that were not known for their extreme accuracy anyway.

I've only pulled a few but the bullets looked like new after pulling and they worked fine afterward. There were a couple of minor scratches from the brass, but nothing that would be considered significant.

what caliber are you pulling down? Thunder Bird in Phoenix Az pulled down about a million 308 & 223 rounds that were over loaded by about 1 grain. I bought several bags of these bullets and they shot fine. I have pulled bullets from ammo I had sold the gun for .I used the powder and bullets in other ammo with great results. I have used an inertia type puller and modifdied pliers to pull bullets. Mangled bullets MIGHT not be as accurate as pristine ones, but just think about the stress put on the slug when fired. If the round fits the chamber,I'd probably shoot it.  A little practice and you will be able to pull bullets with almost no visual damage.
