Public Hunting Land (for coyotes) in Northern Alabama

I live in southern Tennessee, but lived in Alabama most of my life.  I'd like to find some public hunting land in northern Alabama to hunt coyotes year round (except during pup-rearing).  The Alabama WMAs seem to be very restirctive.  Is there any public hunting land in northern Alabama that allows coyote hunting year round?
