Things that don't fit G-2s
« on: March 05, 2005, 09:04:57 AM »
For those who are keeping track the T/C "saddle sight" of old doesn't fit on G-2s.  I tried today and found out the side adjustment part of the sight for up and down hits the ribs on the side of the receiver.

I almost traded off my last original Contender but didn't because I like the Pachy grips on it for my heavy recoiling barrels.  Now there is another use for the original.

I think i have one of the sights you described.....the adjustments are similar to what you'd find on a receiver sight but of course it has the blade with the square notch instead of a 'peep'.Is there any market for those old sights??

There is a market for anything T/C produced, you just have to find the right buyer.
