Either one will work great, it is just a matter of your personal preference.  :D

To me it would depend on the scope used.  On the 375 and using a long enough scope( as in most variables ) I would prefer the extra length of the Weaver and add a third ring if possible.  That cuts down on the flexing of the scope's body under the recoil of that 375.  The duo-ring also gives very little fore and aft scope adjustment.  For some reason( just my own craziesness I'm sure) I prefer the duo-ring on 10" octagon barrels and NOwhere else.  I dunno...just think it looks COOL there.   GOOD SHOOTIN', Walt    :D

The TC duo-ring set up would be my last choice. I have had a couple of them...came on barrels I purchased. That is the first thing I would change. They have about half the clamping area of a standard ring, absolutely no adjustment...as mentioned earlier, they don't allow for the optional 6 hole mounting which you may want in a .375 Win. If they are not correctly in line with each other they are impossible to lap and they are generally way overpriced.

I'm with Hopalong, I like the Duo Mount on the octagon barrels only for the cleaner look.  Use a scope with generous eye relief and the lack of fore-aft adjustment is not an issue.

On my bull barrels (10 and 14) I have both weaver 92a base with burris signature zee rings and a leupold dual dovetail base with burris dd signature rings.  No lapping required with the signature rings and two rings on my 357 Herrett have not slipped yet (only 40 rounds so far though).

If I had a 375 I'd go with the weaver type base with burris signature zee rings.

I must be the only one, but I have never had any luck with Weaver bases and will longer use them.  I have had a few of the Duo Rings.  The problem with them is that the base screws are slotted and very soft, you might get them tight once but forget any changing to another barrel.  The hex head screws in the rings are also very soft.

I now only use Leopold Dual Dovetail bases with Leopold Rings (you could substitute the Burris Signature Rings if you wanted to).  I have this setup on my 375 Win (also used them on 30-30, 41 Mag & 44 Mag) and the scope has never moved.
