Barrel Accessory Program

Available Centerfire Calibers Listed on the Web Site.

22 Hornet
223 Remington
243 Winchester
25-06 Remington
270 Winchester
280 Remington
30/06 Springfield
30/30 Winchester
308 Winchester
38-55 Winchester
44 Magnum
45/70 Government
450 Marlin
7mm-08 Remington

Does anyone know if there are any other calibers available besides the ones listed.  I know I can call CS, but I wanted to make my decision on which barrels to get before I call (to avoid 2 calls).  Plus, I think some guys here are more informed than CS.

7.62x39 and 500S&W will be available sometime soon if not already....and 357 Mag may still be available since they made a run of 100 recently...

Thanks Guys.  Just what I wanted to know.

Quick: 7.62x39 and 500 S&W, hope they are available.

MSP: Have a 357 Mag now, but maybe another 357 Mag barrel would be in order so I can make it 357 Max.

TCB: 204 Ruger Bull, now I know I want that one.

Any advice on how many barrels per frame?  Should I spread it out, so each frame has say 2 barrels.  Or would it hurt to have 5 or 6 fitted to one frame?

Right now my “list to get” barrels are:
1) .38-55 barrel on my BC frame,
2) 204 Ruger Bull barrel,
3) 7.62x39 barrel,
4) 450 Marlin barrel,
5) 500 S&W barrel,
6) 22 Hornet barrel,
6) 357 Mag barrel (maybe).

GranpaMike, I spoke to CS the other day and was told one guy sent in a frame and had 11 barrels fitted to it!!! The kindly and helpful CS guy said it was a record for a single frame.
If I remember he said it cost about $1,000.00. Not bad when you figure thats an average cost of less than $100 per barrel!!! All factory fitted and guarenteed/warranted!!! Gotta love these Handis!!!!....<><....

Also, I have to say "our" CS department, although small and overworked is great and a real asset to the Company as well as a credit to themselves. They all go out of their way to do the right thing. I had occasion to speak with both Jennifer and John within the last week, they were both GREAT!!! John even went a few minutes into his own time to make sure he helped me out!!! He deserves a raise and I told him so!!! I only wish I could make it come true.
I know, perhaps I'll buy another Handirifle!!! Maybe that will help him out, I could dedicate it's sale/purchase to him, I could even call it "John", the gun that is a straight shooter and never quits trying to please  :-D .  I know I'll get great customer service if I ever need it!!! ....<><....

Here is an idea, someone from this forum can set a new record and order an even dozen barrels (or more) to fit his receiver!!! I will volunteer to do it if you guys want to take up a collection , a buck or 2 a man should do it. If not, perhaps some well heeled member would like to set the record!!!....<><....

Um, it's too late for me to do that..... They only offer 10 calibers that I don't already have unless I get into some shotguns and muzzleloader barrels....... But.......Hmmmm...got a tax refund coming????

Quick my man, that is one impressive collection of Handi's!!!
That BC(?) on top looks some impressive with that loooong barrel.  I may just have to try to save up for one of those....<><....

(can you say Pavlov's dog?, not only is my mouth salivating, I'm drooling all over myself!!!, perhaps a loooong barrelled shotgun also, did someone mention a 32" or even a 36"???)

The BC's long barrel is enticing, mine's a 45-120 and I really am thinking seriously of sending the frame in for a 45-70 barrel for it just so I can see the difference in how the loads I work up for the 22" barreled 45-70s shoot in the 10" longer barrel. Of course it will be a while yet cuz I want to shoot the 45-120 for a while to see what loads I can come up with for it....I bought an F-1 Master Chrony to check my load work and I do believe it's gonna be a fun summer!!

Quick.  Excellent spread.  Very impressive.  The Buffalo rifle is very near the top of my "must have" list.  From a distance, it appears you have a nice selection of optics.  Could you identify a few of them?
