I use CCI 250's and Remington 9 1/2M interchangeably with all ball type powder rifle loads and Remington 7 1/2's with my .223 and CCI 450's in my 30 Carbine loads. (all loaded with ball type powders as well)
I have also used WLR's in rifle loads with ball type powders as my local gun shop guru calls WLR's, magnum primers as well.
I use AA#2 in my 9mm loads and use WSP's and have found them to be the best for my loading. This is the only "standard strength" primer I use.
The powders I have on hand are AA#2, W748, H110, WC-846, BLC-2, H380, H414, and WC872. Magnum primers work the best in my loads and I have tried all of them except RWS Sinoxoid. I live in a cold area and this is more condusive to using magnum primers my loads. One thing though that I have found is that each lot # of the same primer is usually a little different in velocity over the past lot of the supposedly same primers.......Chainsaw
