Got an opportunity to pick up a Compact Classic in Like New conditon for $450.00.
It is .308 (a caliber I like to shoot) and would be a backup to some of my others.
I have NOT been impressed with some of the newer models of Winchester over the last few years both in fit and finish and in the accuracy department.
But this one has sparked my interest and I wanted to know if anyone has one, had good or bad experience with it?
