Lee Loader .45 Colt????
« on: March 13, 2005, 06:20:19 PM »
Just wondering if you experts have a reason for me NOT to buy a Lee Loader in .45 Colt for my Super Blackhawk Hunter that will be arriving in the next week?  All my reloading thus far has been with Lee Loaders in .45-70 and .280Rem; so I really like using a hammer to reload! :-D

Have nothing against the Lee Loader but was thinking it would not be too expensive to build around it.
How about a Lee Auto Prime (realitivly inexpensive) so that you can feel those primers just touch the pocket?
The primer pocket & flash hole uniforming tools are also priced right.
You may also find a bargin on an e-bay case trimmer.
I think that case prep is where the accuracy really lies. :D
