Bowning BPR and Browning Dualis

Hi:

  Does anyone know if browning  still makes a pump action rifle?  I know they had the BPR rifle , but they don't have it listed anymore. I checked the Browing website and clicked the International site. On that site, they have a model called the browning Dualis. Is that a pump action rifle?

That's what it looks like to me.  Chambered in 270 Win, 30-06, 308 Win. and in 7mm Rem Mag and 300 Win Mag even.  The question is, why do the Euro trash get it, but we don't?
