Polygon rifling is not deep enough to cause deformation problems with cast. The form in fact works great with lead, and handles bullets gently but with athority, allowing very stout loads with good accuracy.
The only way I know of to make a mold to match the rifling would be to duplicate the barrel in a swage die, which would mean make the sizer from a piece of the barrel. Then each round would have to be oriented to the rifling.
Why hand swage and go to a big hassle when the powder blast will do it effortlessly?
