How does the forends attach to the encore both handgun and rifle/ shotgun?
I have seen pictures of barrels with and with out screw studs.

I also see forends for the shotgun barrels muzzle loading barrels and all other types, will I have to get a new forend for almost every barrel i get?

Will factory forends work with custom barrels like bullberry and SSK?

I have yet to see a encore setup close enough to take it apart and look at it

There are several different ways they fit on. Some just screw into the barrel, some have studs on the barrel to screw to, some have studs with balls srewed to the barrel and just snap on and off. Bullberry uses studs and a hanger system on their barrels.
