I'm new to the sport and was wanting to find some hunters in my area.

I live in Gilmer.

I'm about 30 miles north of Tyler, straight up HWY 271.

How about you?

I'm not quite that far East, I live in the Bryan/College Station area.  We just moved here from the big city of Dime Box, about 40 miles West of here.  There are a bunch of hogs around here, I'm sure you have plenty in your country as well.  If you have a archery and/or gun shop in your area, I bet you can go down there and find some hog hunters in a hurry, especially this time of year.  Good luck!!!

Tell me about the hog hunting in your area. We have a daughter at pres library, that would be a good chance to visit. I have been wanting to do a hog hunt, pistol or rifle.

You know how people say "it's a small world", that's is definitely the truth, If I'm not mistaken, I think I may have e-mailed you a year or so back???  I just happen to work at the Library/Museum myself!!!  If everything works out, I plan on going hog hunting on a friends place in the morning.  It's really been wet here, so the hogs haven't been real easy to pattern.  I have been trying to find a place close to town to hunt, but have been unsuccessful thus far.  If I locate a place and get the hogs figured out, when you come down to visit, we'll see if we can find one for you!!!  Have a Happy Easter.

Ps.  I'll talk to who I think is your daughter when she comes in, shoot her an e-mail and we'll see if we are talking about the same person???
