I'm tempted, been a while since I heard the smack of a 22 hitting steel. Would be cool to meet some guys from the list that attend these shoots. As far as I can tell the match starts at 9am this Sat.

Great! I'll be shooting a Remington 541s with an old Weaver scope on it and driving a black Tacoma. HOPE to make it down there, thats if I can get out of going to the inlaws for an early Easter Dinner this Sat. :?

What time can we get there to take a few sighters? This will be the first time I've shot in a match with a firearm in another state, do I have to worry about the NJ Police locking me up? I figured cased rifle in the cab, ammo and shooting box in the pickup truck bed.

Medbill I'll be there. I have been shooting in NJ for 14+ years crossing over from PA. The first 12 of which was pistol silhouette. Never had a problem. First don't give an officer a reason to stop you and second it is legal to cross into NJ going to and from a match , a range , a gun shop , or a gun smith. The gun and ammo must be seperated but it isn't a problem. If you do get stopped just don't give an officer a reason to bust your nuts. ..

Thanks for the info but it looks like I'm not going to make it to this one. Will shoot for the next, I've been down there before for airgun silhoutte and Field Target but never Smallbore. Looking forward to making it down for a few this year.
