I heard that c-z may be chambering in 404 jeffery this year? Anyone know anything about this. Does anyone offer factory loaded ammo in 404 jeffery. Thanks

CZ says on their web site that the 404 is being offered this year. I didn't see exact specs on it. If there's 404 factory ammo available, I haven't seen it lately. The price tag should be impressive. Midway carries Norma brass for the 404, if you reload.

CZ should be coming out with a 404J, 450Rigby and 505Gibbs sometime this year. I'd expect that factory ammunition will also appear (probably Norma), but you just never know.

Not a bad idea but I believe I'll stick with my Ruger M77 Magnum in .416 Rigby. Ammo is cheaper and easier to get. Lawdog

The rifles are out and ammo just appeared.

Ammo is manufactured by A Square, both lion load and mono solids.

Are they making the 404 in the 550 model or a different one?
